Microsoft Response Point is successfully designed to be easy to install and self-manage. User resources are available at <a href="http://msresponsepoint.ca">MSResponsePoint.ca</a> . SMB Phone Response Point equipment pricing does not include installation and support services. SMB Phone recommends that the purchaser be prepared and capable of installing and configuring both their telephone line services and Response Point system or make arrangements with an appropriate third party such as a computer/IT support company or telephone equipment “interconnect” provider (typically customers work with the company or individual that supports their computers and LAN - “Local Area Network”) for whatever assistance the customer may require. SMB Phone works with an extensive list of Microsoft certified partners and Value Added resellers available to support Response Point in many Canadian markets and are happy to provide referrals upon request. In circumstances where SMB Phone is required to provide support our rate is $125.00/hour. SMB Phone does not under any circumstances deal with the telephone company on behalf of the customer (it’s just too frustrating! :)). SMB Phone does provide support for our SMB Digital Voice services @ “support@smbphone.com”
