Return & Refund Policy

If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately at “sales@smbphone.com” and|or 1-888-473-0516. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel the order upon your notification. Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if they have already been shipped from our warehouse. If the item has already shipped, we accept returns in accordance with our return policy, as follows:

Returns may be authorized by SMB Phone Inc. within 10 days of customer receipt of purchase. No refunds will be given for shipping and handling fees. SMB Phone Inc. charges a 15% restocking/handling fee and reserves the right to add additional charges for abnormal wear and tear, missing components, shipping and handling costs. A Return Authorization number from SMB Phone Inc. is required for all returns. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to pay for all return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products or services listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
